At AUS Injection, we stand behind our products with a comprehensive ONE YEAR warranty, starting from the date of purchase. If you need to return an item within the warranty period, rest assured that you can receive a full refund. In cases where the return is a result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs for your convenience.

You can expect a prompt refund within four weeks after the return process begins. However, in many cases, refunds are processed even more swiftly. This timeline factors in the transit time for your return to reach us from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), our processing time upon receipt (3 to 5 business days), and your bank's refund processing time (5 to 10 business days).

To start a return, simply log in to your account, navigate to the "My Account" menu, and select "Complete Orders" to access your order. Then, click on the "Return Item(s)" button. Once we have received and processed your returned item, we will notify you via email about your refund.

Additionally, please be aware that shipping rates for many items are determined by weight. To align with the policies of the shipping companies we work with, all item weights are rounded up to the nearest pound.

Premium Quality Remanufactured Fuel Injectors: AUS Injection offers a complete line of quality remanufactured fuel injectors for both domestic and import applications. All fuel injectors are remanufactured at our Arizona facility and undergo testing and date coding before packaging, which minimizes the possibility of defects.

All remanufactured fuel injectors that we sell come with a 1-year replacement warranty from the date of installation. We date code every unit at the time of final testing just before delivery. This process ensures that the injector was flow tested on the marked date and provides AUS with a reference date for any alleged warranties.

The Remanufacturing Process: We have identified various styles of injectors that require additional steps in the remanufacturing process. For example:

All injectors undergo electronic testing, where coils are checked for correct electrical resistance and weakness. Good units are disassembled, and internal ultrasonic cleaning takes place in tanks specifically designed for cleaning fuel injectors. After the internal contaminants are loosened up, the injectors undergo external cleaning and back flushing to remove any remaining dirt particles. Additionally, reverse flow pressure cleaning is carried out to remove any remaining dirt particles, especially on all GM Injectors.

Leak Test and Spray Pattern Test: Leak testing is performed by applying pressure and maintaining it for 30 seconds to ensure there are no fuel leaks. The spray pattern is then visually inspected, and two additional measuring tests are conducted to determine if any flow differences are caused by dirt blockage or defective injector components.

Final Steps: Depending on the original manufacturer's presentation, the injectors are either painted or polished to improve their cosmetic appearance. New replaceable components such as filter baskets, pintle caps, o-rings, and seals are assembled onto the injectors. A final test is performed with all new components installed to ensure their proper positioning and functionality. The injectors are then lubricated with special oil, and protective caps are placed on both ends to extend their shelf life.
